Our Board
Elected by Members to lead the Club, the Board are the Directors of Kenilworth Wardens Sports Club limited, and carry all the legal responsibilities of directors of a limited Company.
Elected for a 3 year term, their role is to run the Club and the Company in line with the club constitution and the laws of the land. The purpose of the Club, as set out in the constitution, is:

-
to provide facilities for, and to promote participation in, the amateur sports of cricket and association football for the community in Kenilworth and the surrounding area

The constitution allows for up to 12 Members to be elected as Directors on to the Board, which means there is always room for new people to get involved and lead the future direction of the Wardens. As this is a company board, you don't even need to be an expert on sport. Like all other companies, Wardens needs to fulfil all the functions of a limited company, so your corporate, legal, financial, people, leadership, project management, commercial, marketing, PR, communication and operational skills can all be incredibly valuable to the good running of the Club.

By deciding to stay at Glasshouse Park, the opportunity to step up and lead the Club into a new future has never been greater. Please think carefully on how you could contribute to the future of the Club, and come and talk to any of the Directors above for more information and encouragement!
